Ex-pangs

Last night i got a call from my childhood friend, 25, doctor, happily married to NRI, very practical, agony aunt for all of us.
Problem: She wants to contact her ex-boyfriend.

Last month I was visiting Cal I met this other friend of mine: 25, housewife, happily married to a millionaire, blessed with a cute kid. Country hopping is just one of her favourite pass times.
Problem: She wants to contact her ex...

Okay probably the second is just bored but the first one took me by surprise and I wondered what is it about the X factor that keeps us hooked on...

Old flames die hard but its just not that, probably when you look back, you realise that things which looked highly magnified in the past (and caused the break-up)might not seem that big a deal now.

And then you think of the happier times in the past and it makes you want to be with the person again. And also in hindsight, you were probably much better of before than after you decided to move on.

Or probably you just never let it go...

Some say love is holding on
Some say letting go
Some say love is everything
Some say they don't know...

The X Factor is what lies beneath till YOU bring it up!

i jus like the last line ....
perhaps u need to ask the people why do they want to contact thier ex... i mean they are settled happily married..r they not satisfied in life...one thing i feel is you should always value things in your hand. you should be thankful to god to what ever u have and not behave in a childish manner..think about your present boyfriends or husbands, how r they going to feel when you do such things... they love you so much and u girls mean the world to them and if u want to contact your ex n stuff.... u should realise how it feels to them... u guys should make them feel comfy that past is past and u have gotten over it... so hold on to your present man... cherish what u have ...

Did these friends of yours want to contact their ex's for romantic reasons or just wanted to be in touch with old friends? Some people can remain friends even after they've broken up...and I hope it was just that & they're not wrecking their marriages!!!
